Good to Great
Jim Collins wrote a book titled 'Good to Great', which is one in my read-wish list. This script is not about Jim Collins' book, but about Creative Idea. However, he stated 'Good is the Enemy of Great'. Why do we satisfy 'Good'?
People often think a creative idea is an innovative one. This may, in my opinion, make them stay 'Good', because Innovation is not usual. Creative thinking is thinking differently. Difference is the key towards Creativity. If difference has a real value and power to many, it becomes innovative, but still creative.
No pressure to be innovative, but free to be different.
